This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Erbes Cosmetics may be returned.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the product:

• Was received damaged or defective
• Was incorrect or does not match your order

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, or partially used cosmetic or perfumery products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Perfumes or cosmetics with broken seals
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products damaged due to improper use

3. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
